How to Submit a Request
Please email your request to our email addresse and include one of the following identifiers:

Account ID: Simply paste the copied Account ID into the email.

Email Address: If you prefer to use your email address as the identifier, the request must come from that email account.

Username: Include your username, and ensure that the email address associated with your username matches the email from which the request is sent.
Important Notes

Unidentifiable Accounts: If you are unable to provide your Account ID, email address, or username, we will not be able to identify your account, and therefore, we cannot process the deletion or data request.

Verification:

Requests via email identifier must come from that email account.

For username requests, the email must match the one associated with the username.

Account ID requests only require the ID.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 days for your request to be processed. We appreciate your patience.
